NB. Membership period is from July - June. Applications from January-March charged at half, from April-June charged at full price but valid for up to 15 months (i.e. counts as membership for subsequent financial year)

Membership Consent*

I hereby apply to become a member of Valais Blacknose Australia Ltd and I agree to contribute the guarantee sum of $20 upon being called to do so in accordance with the Constitution of the Company. I agree to keep complete and accurate records of the breeding of sheep in my possession (if Full Member). I agree to be bound by the Constitution of the Company, Code of Ethical Conduct and policies of Valais Blacknose Australia Ltd and I will follow all regulations governing the registration and recording of Valais Blacknose Sheep. This application is unconditional, and I authorise Valais Blacknose Australia Ltd to register me as a member. I understand that my application will be submitted for consideration to the VBA Ltd. board, and if approved I will be invoiced for my membership fee. I agree to the above terms and acknowledge that checking this box has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
